Online Store Shipping Policies within Canada UPS delivers orders for the PwC Store within Canada. Shipping and handling costs are based on order value and the type of shipping service requested. In your shopping cart, calculate the charges by selecting the ship-to destination and the level of service. Make sure that you do not leave any spaces in your zip code when entering it into the system. In stock items typically ship within 48 hours after you submit your order. If you are trying to estimate delivery dates, please note the following:
1) Payment authorization must be completed prior to processing; 2) Orders cannot be guaranteed overnight when they are placed after 12 noon EST for next day delivery; and, 3) Orders ship Monday through Friday only. There are no shipments or deliveries on weekends.

- UPS Expedited - 2 Business Days by end of day
- UPS Standard - Ground
- UPS Express - Next Business Day by 10:30 am to Metropolitan Areas
- UPS Express Saver - Next Business Day not time specific

If you are trying to estimate delivery dates, please note the following:

- We cannot guarantee overnight orders placed after 12 noon EST for next day delivery.
- Orders ship Monday through Friday only. There are no shipments or deliveries on weekends.
- Products may ship from various locations and therefore may arrive at different times.

- We ship most products to international locations. However some clothing items cannot be imported from the U.S. to various countries. Customer Service will notify you if any of the items you have selected fall into this category.
